Refund expectations for QRArtify purchases

If checkout succeeds but the paid service is materially unavailable because of a product-side failure, billing issue, or launch misconfiguration, refund requests should be reviewed promptly.
Refunds are generally not promised for normal usage after value has already been delivered, for chargeback abuse, or for issues caused by invalid input, blocked destinations, or third-party platform restrictions outside QRArtify's control.
Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically reverse completed billing periods unless a separate remediation decision is made.
